Am I a little bit crazy? It’s my eldest daughter’s 18th birthday today and the party starts in two-and-a-half Hours! Only it’s a joint party with two other friends also celebrating their 18ths. And we’re doing all the preparations for everyone. OK, just in case my wife reads this she’s doing all the organising.

But what with all the preparations kicking off for Wordcamp UK 2008 I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to tell you about this two-day event. It should be of interest to both WordPress users and techies alike, because there are plans to give talks on how to use WordPress and develop for it. So why not take advantage of learning from some very knowledgable people.

Wordcamp UK 2008 will be taking place on the weekend of 19-20 July in Birmingham. I’ll post more information later, but right now I gotta go party!
